Moreover, some more avid players hoped for this launch to be the entrance of Sonic into the world of 3D gaming. However, game fans everywhere where deeply disenchanted after receiving what has later been labeled one of many worse cases of Sonic the Hedgehog ever made.

Evidently Sonic fans have missed this shady episode of the blue blur as another step within the adventure. It was round this timeframe in the yr 2000, that Sega took a shot at the game console market with the introduction of the Sega Genesis console. Quick lived and retired, Sonic followers appear to have forgotten all about it, along with the unresolved problems with Sonic heroes.
