Vehicles classifieds are the most sought after classifieds of all the other classifieds. The reason for this fact is the excessive increasing need for the second hand two wheelers or four wheelers because different people have different purposes for their need of two wheelers or four wheelers. For youngsters they need it because for some of them its passion and for the rest it’s the compulsive need to reduce their stress of daily commuting in the heavily crowded buses. For employees it’s the status symbol and maintenance.
Similarly the need of four wheelers is also for different purposes for various people. Since the need is high for two and four wheelers, even the sellers also show interest in giving vehicle classifieds in order to avoid mediating agency which would grab a sizeable and ample commission to get their vehicle sold. Sellers who do not want to give such high commissions to the intermediaries go for the option of giving vehicle classifieds. This way of using daily news papers, as one of the various channels, to sell their vehicles is prevalent and prominent. Monetary gains are what make people keep driving in nay direction. A middle classed common man always thinks of how he can save a dime or a rupee to use it for future needs. For him what ever saves his money is good and best; even if the quality is not of superior quality.
This (quality) is the requirement of sophisticated and high society people who care a dime about money. These kinds of people give utmost importance to the quality in everything they buy. That is the reason why there are two different markets in terms of target customers- one, common market and second, the niche market. In the common or regular market people (target customers) are those who give importance to every buck they spent and who give a paltry importance to the quality. But where as in niche market the target customers are those who give a prime importance to the quality and not the price associated with the product they purchase. Any ways, the point of discussion here is; people still follow the old tradition of giving vehicle classifieds in the daily news papers or in the pulp magazines only for one reason which is the low cost of advertising. |
