Checking The Plug And Fuse
Also check that the socket you use is working properly. Unplug the appliance from the wall and plug in another electrical item that you know is working. Try this to check whether it really is the appliance that is broken rather than a faulty plug socket. Check the fuse in the plug; these are easy to get to in modern plugs and for a few pence you could save the cost of calling out a professional.

If you’ve checked your instructions and ensured that the plug and fuse are in working order then you may need to call out an appliance repair professional. Alternatively, you could consider taking out a regular servicing and repair contract with a reputable and high quality firm that can deal with the repairs of any of your appliances that have broken down and need repairing. |
