A very Ancient ritual that uses both astronomy and the study of earth. Easily spoken, Feng Shui elements bring restoration and balance to to relieve the stresses within.Five essential items are used to conduct a positive form of energy.Being, Earth, Wood, Water, Fire and metal. Balance is achieved using all five of the Fung Shui Elements. When the five elements conduct together a calming "Chi" is in order. Once the Ideal Chi balance is found it is found the results will promote harmony and balance. In order for even flow you must employ all five objects to your room.

Two different cycles can describe the elements used in Feng Shui, Constructive meaning wood helps fire, earth can be turned into Metal, Metal when corroded will turn into water, wood is sprung by water and fire becomes earth. On The Deconstructive side Fire melts metal, in turn water can smother a fire, earth will be made into a metal, earth can hold back water and earth can be torn apart by wood.

Water described as a running fountain determines life, possible wealth and many chances of opportunity in life. Compared to a kitchen or bathroom sink that water flows through also a toilet indicates deterioration of health and loss of money. Black and blue hues symbolize the color of water. Also known to rejuvenate the sole and body.

Positive energies and creativeness is obtained by wood products. Motivation is the result of wood. If used properly you can bring proper balance taking great care not to overdue causing an overpowering effect.Wood creates energy and creativity. The symbol for wood is personal growth. Keeping in mind that wood will bend quite a bit but bent carefully it will not break. The colors associated with wood is green and brown.

Metal transmits energy to that specific area that is placed. The energy within the room from Metal will bring a positive attention allowing for transmission of a good energy. Metal should be the colors of white and grey. Metal used in chi and brings out the mental maturity and mental strength to make good life decisions.

Earth is considered a solid and represents stability, and the home which you live. Earth corresponds to the colors yellow and light brown tones. Earth being the most stable of all elements. Creating the foundation for all elements. Too much earth used in feng Shui could smoother harmonious chi, compared to a camp fire that has way too much wood on it.

Fire is the most energy producing element out of all five. Passion is the result of properly placed fire element.Fire obtains colors that are a strong tone such as red, light tones of brown and, pink, orange, and purple. A natural born leader and one that is not afraid to explore ideas and experiment is the fire personality.

The proper Chi can be obtained by using all of the elements and properly placing them in the room to find the balance that produces the positive energy. It is like each element fights with one and other for their correct placement. When you are feeling energized, happy and at ease you will know that all of the items are placed correctly amongst each other. If you feel uneasy, you can experiment and replace the items until you have gotten the proper Chi or balance.Feng Shui is persuaded by Ying and Yang. Yang acts as the motivator. When too much Yang is present Ying will interchange with Yang and balance a calming feeling.
