Russian central Bank (Russia) somebody of first deputy governors Alexei Ulyukayev said Thursday that Russia may buy RMB, in order to further realize the diversity of foreign exchange reserves.
Ulyukayev at a London conference say, once China eased capital controls, Russia could start buying RMB.
Ulyukayev says, Russia has begun to buy $, and intend to start buying dollars for this year.
Currently Russia's largest foreign exchange reserves in the world third.
